3. LEADS & COMMUNICATION

By submitting your information through Car180:

• You consent to being contacted by dealerships
• Communication may include phone, email, or SMS
• Car180 does not control dealer follow-up behavior

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, technology, and systems on Car180 are owned by Car180 and protected by applicable laws.

5. DISCLAIMERS

The Platform is provided "as is." Car180 makes no guarantees regarding:

• Vehicle availability or pricing accuracy
• Dealer behavior or response times
• Specific outcomes from using the platform

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Car180 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
